In response to the false accusation
Short Summary - Little Texas is the name of the band, it had nothing to do with anyone. No gestures were made towards anyone. A defamation law suit is forthcoming.

For those who don't know me, the band, or the song and fell for the twisted and misguided accusation...
I am a father of 2 children, I have been performing in the valley for more than 24 years, over 2,000 shows, for all different audiences and venues. This is the first time I have ever been accused of anything of this nature. I am at a loss for words or the capacity to understand how anyone could misinterpret and twist my words to something so vial. Perception is individual and everyone is entitled to theirs, conclusions are easy to jump to, everyone has their own triggers, we have all been overprotective and have fallen for misinformation, however, defamation and inciting violence is not protected under the first amendment or tolerated in society. This was a false accusation.
I took down my social media accounts for the safety of my family. The death threats and warnings to "watch your back" that came through this site was enough for me to know that taking down my social media was a wise decision.
I will restore my social media accounts and continue to bring joy and happiness to the valley as I have done for the last 24 years.
